Role Description

As an Admission Counsellor at English Caffe, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their communication needs, and converting enquiries into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outgoing calls to prospective students and handle incoming enquiries

Clearly explain the features and benefits of our spoken English and communication programs

Understand student needs and recommend the most suitable course

Schedule free counselling sessions or demo classes for interested candidates

Follow up with prospective students and ensure timely conversions

Motivate and convince candidates to enrol in the program best suited to them

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and interactions in the CRM system

Meet daily and monthly admission targets

Maintain a professional, polite, and courteous tone in all interactions

Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Ability to communicate clearly and motivate prospective students

Result-oriented with strong persuasion skills

Experience in sales, counselling, or business development (preferred)

Punctual, responsible, and ownership-driven

Patient listener with strong interpersonal skills

Empathetic approach to understand candidate concerns

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics

Shift Timings

12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Salary & Incentives

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (in-hand salary)

Performance-based incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000

Experience

0–3 years

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
