Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, admission requirements, career prospects, and institutional benefits.

• Assist students in selecting suitable courses/programs based on their interests and eligibility.

• Manage the end-to-end admission process: applications, documentation, follow-ups, and enrollments.

• Conduct campus tours, orientation sessions, and admission events/seminars.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM/software.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and external partners (schools, consultants, etc.).

• Achieve admission and enrollment targets set by the institution.

• Stay updated with academic programs, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Prior experience in student counseling, admissions, or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle student queries with empathy and professionalism.

• Goal-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

• Working Hours:10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
