🧾 Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to communicate with potential students/clients, explain our training programs/services, and convert inquiries into admissions or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries from prospective students/customers
Explain course details, fees, schedules, and offers clearly
Follow up on leads and maintain proper call records
Convert inquiries into enrollments/sales
Maintain database of prospects and update CRM or Excel sheets regularly
Handle objections professionally and close deals
Coordinate with the training/admin team for admissions and batch details
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Provide basic counseling and guidance regarding courses
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream)
0–2 years experience in telecalling / sales / education counseling (freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets)
Positive attitude, convincing ability & goal-oriented mindset
