Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain UG course offerings, eligibility, and fee structure.

Handle inbound inquiries from phone calls or WhatsApp and resolve queries professionally.

Guide students through the application and admission process over the phone.

Regularly follow up with interested students and maintain engagement.

Update lead status, call logs, and student details in CRM or Excel sheets.

Coordinate with the admission team for scheduling interviews or follow-ups.

Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.

Maintain a courteous and professional tone while dealing with students and parents.
