Job Description

Handle inbound & outbound calls related to IT courses (Java, Python, MERN, Data Science, Cloud, Testing, etc.).Counsel students about career paths in IT and help them choose the right course.Explain course modules, duration, fees, placements, certifications & career scope.Maintain follow-up calls and convert inquiries into admissions.Update CRM/Excel with daily leads, follow-ups, and admissions.Coordinate with Faculties, Placement Team, and Branch Manager.Inform students about demo sessions, batches, offers, and upcoming events.Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain high conversion rates.Build a positive relationship with students for retention and referrals.
