JOB TITLE: ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PERMANENT, ON-SITE ROLE

Responsibilities:

1.    Engage with potential students through telephonic conversations and guide them through the enrollment process.

2.    Understand and address any queries or concerns potential students may have regarding our educational programs.

3.    Provide accurate and up-to-date information about  courses, curriculum, admission requirements, and other relevant details.

4.    Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential students to ensure a positive

5.    Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.

6.    Meet or exceed enrollment targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

·         Graduation degree from a recognized university.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

·         1-3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the education sector. Freshers with a passion for education are also encouraged to apply.

·         Ability to effectively communicate complex information and articulate the benefits of our educational programs.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential students.

·         Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
