We are hiring a passionate and result-driven Academic Counsellor to join The Admission Guru (TAG), where the candidate will be responsible for guiding students through course and career options, understanding their academic background and goals, and recommending suitable programs and institutions; the role includes handling student inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins, maintaining follow-ups, converting leads into admissions, building strong relationships with students and parents, and ensuring a smooth counselling experience from inquiry to enrollment, while achieving monthly targets; the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a student-first approach, good knowledge of courses(MBA & PGDM) and admission processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and positive attitude.
