Key Responsibilities
Sales & Counselling
•	Handle student enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, website leads)
•	Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
•	Counsel students on career options, training programs, and benefits
•	Convert enquiries into successful admissions
•	Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
Lead Management
•	Maintain and update lead database and CRM
•	Ensure regular follow-ups with prospective students
•	Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly conversion metrics
End-to-End Process Handling
•	Manage complete admission process from enquiry to enrollment
•	Coordinate with trainers and operations team for batch scheduling
•	Support students with documentation and onboarding
Relationship Management
•	Build strong relationships with students and parents
•	Handle queries, objections, and provide post-admission support
•	Maintain a high level of student satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
•	2–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling / Education Sales / Inside Sales
•	Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
•	Excellent communication in English + regional language
•	Ability to work in a target-driven environment
•	Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
•	Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and calling systems
Preferred (Added Advantage)
•	Experience in EdTech / Training Institute / Overseas Education
•	Exposure to IELTS / Career Counselling / Skill-based programs
•	Experience handling high-volume leads and walk-in conversions
