Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Student Counsellor with a strong background in sales and student engagement. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students and parents, and driving enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding prospective students with detailed information about courses and programs.
Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right course based on their career goals.
Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Support marketing activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and promotions.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor insights.

Requirements:

Experience: 3–4 years in student counselling, sales, or a similar role.
Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Experience in the education industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
