Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding our training programs, certifications, internships, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills and be passionate about helping students make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding courses, internships, and career opportunities.
Understand students' educational background and recommend suitable programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions.
Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team for smooth onboarding.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Freshers are welcome; prior counselling or sales experience is an added advantage.
