Handle incoming and outgoing calls to students and parents.

Explain courses, fees, batches, and admission procedures.

Counsel students regarding career and academic goals.

Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain and update student inquiry and admission records.

Coordinate with faculty and management regarding admissions.

Achieve monthly admission and lead conversion targets.
