### Job Description: Education Counsellor – Infomaths, Sec 35A Chandigarh

Position: Education Counsellor

Location: Infomaths Institute, Sector 35A, Chandigarh

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding MCA Entrance, BCA Coaching, CUET, NIMCET, PU MCA, and other Infomaths courses.

• Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, WhatsApp queries, and maintain follow-up records.

• Guide students in choosing the right course based on their academic background and career goals.

• Explain course structure, fee details, batch timings, discounts, and admission procedures.

• Maintain daily student reports, follow-up sheets, and CRM (if applicable).

• Coordinate with faculty and management for batch schedules and student needs.

• Assist in organizing seminars, orientation sessions, and marketing activities.

• Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to admissions.

• Maintain a positive, professional, and student-friendly environment.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Education / Management preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, friendly, and good at convincing students.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, social media).

• Prior experience in counselling or academics is an advantage.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience + incentives on admissions.
