Job Description:

GRV Nursing Coaching Institute is looking for a smart, dedicated, and dynamic Counselor cum Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The role involves guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, managing front desk operations, and supporting admission processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism.

• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, admission process, and facilities.

• Maintain student records and follow up with prospective candidates.

• Handle front desk responsibilities including visitor management and documentation.

• Assist in admission counseling and conversion of leads into admissions.

• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams when required.

• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment at the reception.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate (any discipline) preferred.

• Prior experience in counseling/education sector/reception work will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

• Good personality, polite, and student-friendly approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
