Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students and parents.
Provide details about courses, admission procedures, and academic support programs.
Guide students in choosing the right educational streams and career paths.
Maintain follow-up with students and ensure enrollment conversions.
Maintain and update student databases and meet counseling targets.
Deliver excellent communication and a supportive counseling experience.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline, preference to Education/Management/Communication background).
Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).
Confident, empathetic, and student-friendly approach.
Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
