Job Role:
A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating leads, connecting with clients, and increasing company sales by promoting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and identify potential clients
Contact customers through calls, emails, and chats
Explain company services to clients
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
Follow up with leads for sales conversion
Maintain daily sales reports and lead updates
Achieve assigned sales targets
Generate leads through social media and online platforms
Maintain good client relationships
Coordinate with the sales team and management
Required Skills:
Good communication skills
Strong convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge
Basic/Intermediate English speaking skills
Sales and lead generation skills
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

12th Pass / Graduate
