💼 Roles & Responsibilities

Counsel students via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins regarding courses and universities

Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs (BBA, BCA, MBA, etc.)

Handle inbound & outbound leads effectively

Follow up with interested students and convert them into admissions

Maintain student data and update CRM regularly

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets

✅ Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience in counseling / telecalling / sales (Education preferred)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)

Target-oriented mindset

Experience in EdTech / Admission Counseling

BPO / Tele-sales background
