Key Responsibilities
Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents (walk-in, phone, online).
Guide students on courses, colleges, fees, and career options.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Coordinate with telecallers, marketing, and documentation teams.
Maintain counselling records and share daily/weekly reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Build strong relationships and ensure student satisfaction.
Participate in training and stay updated on education trends.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and data confidentiality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of counselling sessions conducted (offline + online)
Lead-to-admission conversion rate
Achievement of monthly/quarterly targets
Student satisfaction and feedback
Accuracy and timeliness of reporting
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred in Psychology / Education / Management / Counselling)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong listening, problem-solving, and persuasive abilities
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems)
Prior experience in academic counselling, admissions, or education consulting preferred
