Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Vulture Innovation Private Limited to repair, install, welding, replace, and service different systems and equipment welding like heavy machinery, like Waste composting machines , ETP ,RO plants and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair/welding or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary components.

• Read repairing guides and coordinate with other experts.

• Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

• Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/ITI welder/fitter and 1 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in relevant industry experience is a plus.
