Position: Sr. AV Engineer (Post Sales- Technical)

Skill Set Required: Hands of Experience on AV Devices like Crestron, Kramer, AMX, Polycom, Tandberg, Video Wall Designed, Integration of Projectors/AV/TV/Video Conferencing Devices, Splitters. Amplifiers. MIC, AutoCAD Knowledge, Programming.

Job Description

System Design & Installation:

• Design, set up, and integrate AV systems including projectors, video walls, sound systems, and control panels.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot audio, video, and networking equipment.

•  Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.

• Testing systems to verify that installations or repairs were successful.

Technical Support & Maintenance:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues related to AV equipment.

• Provide on site support for live events, meetings, and conferences.

• Ensure all AV systems are updated and running smoothly with minimal downtime.

Collaboration & Training:

• Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless AV operations.

• Train employees on AV system usage and troubleshooting.

• Interacting with clients to identify and then solve AV related problems

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.

• Ensure compliance with AV industry standards and safety regulations.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
