Job Description

TV Technician

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair LED, LCD, OLED, Smart TVs, and related electronic devices.
Install and configure television systems at customer locations.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in televisions.
Replace defective parts such as display panels, power boards, speakers, and motherboards.
Perform routine maintenance and testing of TV units.
Update firmware and software in Smart TVs when required.
Maintain service records and prepare repair reports.
Coordinate with customers regarding repair status and service schedules.
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained properly.
Follow company safety standards and service procedures.
Knowledge of television electronics and circuit troubleshooting.
Understanding of LED/LCD/Smart TV technology.
Ability to use testing and repair tools.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
