Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Install LED, LCD, OLED, and Smart TVs at customer locations.
Diagnose and repair TV hardware and software issues.
Replace faulty parts such as display panels, power boards, speakers, or motherboards.
Perform routine maintenance and testing of TVs.
Configure Smart TV settings, Wi-Fi, and applications.
Provide customers with basic usage instructions and troubleshooting tips.
Maintain service reports and job records.
Follow safety procedures while handling electrical equipment.
