TV Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation:

  Setting up CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and recording devices, according to site surveys and client requirements. 

• Maintenance:

  Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity. 

• Troubleshooting:

  Identifying and resolving technical issues with CCTV equipment, including hardware and software problems. 

• Repairs:

  Fixing or replacing faulty components of CCTV systems, such as cameras, cables, or recording devices. 

• System Configuration:

  Configuring CCTV systems to meet specific security needs, including camera angles, recording schedules, and network settings. 

• User Training:

  Providing training and support to clients on how to use and operate the CCTV system effectively. 

• Documentation:

  Maintaining accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and service logs. 

• Collaboration:

  Working with security teams and other IT professionals to integrate and maintain surveillance systems. 

• Staying Updated:

  Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in video surveillance.
