Technicians / Senior Technicians

We are looking for a Technicians / Senior Technicians to join our team at Grukulam Corporate, we are hiring for reputed organization in Automobile industry to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, service, and repair machinery, equipment, and systems.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations and minimum downtime.

• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot technical issues, and carry out effective repairs.

• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for equipment and systems.

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.

• Test and verify equipment performance after repairs and maintenance activities.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and service documents.

• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and technical documentation accurately.

• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, operational guidelines, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, operations teams, and other departments for efficient workflow.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness in line with safety standards.

• Assist in identifying recurring technical issues and support implementation of corrective solutions.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Attend technical training programs and continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills.

• Guide, support, and train junior technicians or trainees when required.

• Provide technical support during critical breakdowns and complex maintenance activities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma ITI / graduate and 0 - 5 years of experience. Applicants should be able to Basic to advanced technical, mechanical, and electrical knowledge relevant to the field.

• Strong troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to operate, handle, and maintain technical tools, equipment, and testing instruments.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, diagrams, and schematics.

• Good understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.

• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously upgrade technical skills.
