Technician Trainee

We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and develop technical skills in the installation, maintenance, and management of mechanical and electrical systems across various projects. This is an entry-level position designed for graduates or individuals early in their career, with opportunities for hands-on training and professional development. The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma in ITI, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL - FRESHER. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, welding, electrical wiring, fire protection, and building automation systems.

• Support the senior engineers and project managers in site inspections, troubleshooting, and problem-solving activities.

• Help prepare technical documentation, drawings, reports, and progress records.

• Learn and apply industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in daily tasks.

• Monitor the performance of installed systems and report any discrepancies or failures.

• Participate in preventive maintenance activities and corrective repair tasks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.

• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and competency.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with Freshers.
