Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related electrical components.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of solar PV systems.
Troubleshoot and repair faulty components in solar power systems.
Ensure systems are installed and functioning in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and company procedures.
Support commissioning activities and performance testing.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports and system performance data.
Coordinate with engineering, project, and O&M teams for seamless execution.
Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE during site work.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in solar PV installation, maintenance, or electrical work.
Knowledge of solar components such as inverters, modules, charge controllers, etc.
Familiarity with electrical tools, testing instruments, and wiring diagrams.
Willingness to travel to project sites and work under variable outdoor conditions.
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
Experience with both on-grid and off-grid systems.
Knowledge of safety regulations (such as IS/IEC codes).
Certification in solar installation (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
