Job Title: Ceramic Trainee Engineer

Job Summary:

As a Ceramic Trainee Engineer, you will assist in the development, testing, and production of ceramic materials and components. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and gain hands-on experience in processing, quality assurance, and materials research in the ceramics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and testing ceramic materials and formulations.

• Monitor and support ceramic manufacturing processes such as pressing, firing, glazing, and sintering.

• Collect and analyze production and quality control data to ensure compliance with technical specifications.

• Work on lab-scale and pilot-scale material testing and evaluation.

• Support R&D projects focused on new product development and process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance.

• Maintain documentation for experiments, trials, and standard operating procedures.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards during all processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.

• Strong foundation in ceramic materials, manufacturing, and testing methods.

• Basic knowledge of quality systems

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment
