We are looking for a Estate Supervisor cum Driver to our Sindhu Bhavan Bunglow etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 with growth opportunities.

• Property Management

  Property Maintenance

  Maintenance work like Electrical, Plumbing, pest control etc..

  Managing ongoing Repairs & Renovation through vendor

  Prepare and manage estate budget

  security & safety of estate

  car driving skill mandatory

  resolve day to day compains

  Supervising all estate employees

  Supervise Gardner, Security & House servant

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
