Job Description

• Exposure in instrumentation in processes such as temperature, pressure, mass flow meters (Vortex), magnetic flow meters, ultrasonic level transmitters, and controllers.

• Experience in repair and maintenance of instruments. Familiarity with ABB 800xA DCS and SCADA systems.

• Sound knowledge of various sensors used for temperature, pressure, position control, reed switches, photo sensors.

• Experience with weighing instruments and controllers ranging from kgs to 200T (load cells) (Persian Molen / Nova / Sartorius and SA make).

• Good knowledge of pneumatic control valves.

• Calibration and verification of load cells, pressure transmitters, flow meters, level transmitters – including calibration, replacement, and troubleshooting.

• Sound knowledge of communication networks (Profibus) and protocol networks.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills in instruments like mass flow meters, pressure transmitters, load cells, etc.

• Adherence to PM schedules and calibration of instruments for trouble-free operation and accuracy.
