Job Purpose

To manage customer’s compliant / calls effectively.

Key Areas of responsibility

·          Attend the In-House calls.

·          Attend the Dealers (Filed) calls as per PJC’s and get the acknowledgement of Dealers seal & signature in service call report

·          Maintenance of Tools

·          Segregate the out of warranty & warranty (duly tagged) defects

·          Use of man held machine for Dealers service

·          Highlight the new/repeated complaints to the Branch In-charge

·          Assisting to Branch In-charge for stock checking/prepare storage in Racks & Spares Indent

EDUCATION and experience

·          10th/12th /ITI/ diploma

·          Experience 0-3 years

·          Candidates having experience in FMCG/FMCD are preferred
