Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Staff to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of our AIS140-standard GPS tracking devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble GPS tracking devices and ensure compliance with AIS140 standards.

• Conduct quality checks on components and finished products.

• Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs on defective units.

• Operate production machinery and follow safety guidelines.

• Maintain accurate production records and meet daily targets.

• Collaborate with the quality control and R&D teams for continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: ITI/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

• Prior experience in electronic manufacturing or assembly preferred.

• Knowledge of PCB assembly, soldering, and testing procedures.

• Ability to follow technical instructions and work in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
