Technician

We are looking for dedicated Fiber & Air Fiber Installation Technicians to join our team. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber/air fiber internet connections at customer premises, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure Fiber / Air Fiber internet connections at customer locations.

• Ensure proper installation of devices such as routers and other related equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve network/connectivity issues at customer premises.

• Educate customers by giving Demo.

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards during installations.

  Requirements

  • Education: 10th / 12th pass, ITI, Diploma (Electronics/Telecom preferred).

  • Experience in fiber optic / broadband installation will be an added advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of wiring and router installation

  • Ability to work independently and in field

  • Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, English preferred).

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel locally.

  What We Offer

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Conveyance.
