Job Description

We are looking for a PV Installer to join our team Triratna Power Solutions Pvt Ltd to install, assemble, fixed and service Solar Panels. The role execute on-site installation of solar PV modules and associated systems in accordance with approved drawings, safety norms, and quality standards. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, assemble, and maintain solar panel systems on rooftops or ground mounts.

2. Follow technical drawings, safety guidelines, and installation procedures.

3. Connect solar panels to electrical systems and ensure proper wiring.

4. Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

5. Inspect and maintain installed solar equipment.

6. Work safely and adhere to industry and company safety standards.

7. Collaborate with team members and report progress or issues to supervisors.

8. Assist in site preparation and clean-up after installation.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th + ITI in Electrical and Fresher also Welcome. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in Good Communication is a plus.
