Technician

Job Description -

Trans Swag 24 is looking for a skilled and dedicated PCB Technician – Repair & Service to join our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining LED display-related electronic components, PCBs, and power supply systems.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of electronics repair, component-level troubleshooting, and LED screen installation and servicing. This role is suitable for candidates with technical knowledge and a willingness to learn and develop their skills in LED display technology.

Key Responsibilities -

• Repair and troubleshoot LED Module PCBs and identify faulty components.

• Diagnose and repair LED screen power supply units.

• Perform IC and component-level PCB repair and replacement.

• Identify circuit faults using electronic testing equipment.

• Carry out all types of PCB repair and service related to LED displays.

• Perform LED screen installation, maintenance, and technical servicing.

• Troubleshoot electronic issues and ensure proper functioning of repaired components.

• Conduct testing and quality checks after repairs.

• Follow proper safety procedures and maintain an organized workshop.

• Coordinate with the technical team to complete repair and service work on time.

Main Repair & Service Work -

1. LED Module PCB Repair

2. Power Supply Repair

3. IC / Component-Level Repair

4. LED Screen Installation & Service

5. All PCB Repair & Service

Qualification -

• Any technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical, ITI, Diploma, or a related technical field.

• Candidates with relevant practical experience in PCB repair and LED screen servicing are preferred.

• Freshers with basic electronics knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered, depending on company requirements.

Required Skills -

• Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and PCB components.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Practical experience with soldering and component replacement.

• Ability to identify and repair electronic faults.

• Knowledge of LED display systems and power supply troubleshooting is an advantage.

• Teamwork, discipline, and a responsible approach to work.

Experience -

Relevant experience in PCB Repair, LED Display Repair, Electronics Servicing, or Technical Maintenance is preferred. Candidates with experience ranging from entry-level to experienced technician may be considered based on their skills and practical knowledge.
