Install and configure GPS tracking devices in vehicles/assets
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware devices
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely
Coordinate with the sales and support team for timely service delivery
Maintain service records and installation reports
Ensure proper handling and safety of equipment
Visit client locations as per schedule and service requirements
Support backend team with technical inputs when required
