Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Wiring:

·         Manage complex assemblies and provide effective solutions to technical problems.

·         Read and interpret electrical wiring drawings accurately.

·         Guide and train junior team members in wiring processes.

·         Contribute to cost-saving and productivity enhancement initiatives.

·         Identify flaws in wiring diagrams and suggest corrective actions.

Panel Assembly:

·         Manage and troubleshoot complex assembly operations.

·         Read and interpret panel assembly drawings and layouts.

·         Guide and mentor junior team members to ensure quality workmanship.

·         Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

·         Anticipate and pre-assess potential issues before assembly to prevent rework and downtime.

Qualifications:

·         ITI in Electrical or equivalent technical qualification.

Key Competencies:

·         Strong understanding of wiring and panel assembly processes.

·         Ability to manage and solve complex technical problems.

·         Proven capability to train and mentor junior staff.

·         Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

·         Commitment to maintaining high quality, safety, and performance standards.
