B. Tech / 1 Year Diploma / Experience in PCBA Repair at high level troubleshooting and BGA soldering

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. L3 and L4 level PCB repair.
2. Analyze phone failure and repair.
3.Give feedback to the production team to reduce the failure and improve production.
4.L4 Level Defect analysis on high level of PCBA circuit line and BGA(Ball Grid Array) replacement at glued and non glued ICs.
5. Average in excel and documentation with good communication skills.
6. PCBA circuit line and BGA replacement at glued and non glued ICs.
