Performed routine preventive maintenance tasks for building systems, specifically electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC equipment maintenance. CCTV installation. Applied technical skills while using hand and power tools in minor repairs. Managed general maintenance and facility repairs. Performed custodial duties, specifically trash removal and assigned to lift heavy equipment. Repaired plumbing and air conditioning with the use of technical manuals. Using various tools ranging from screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, hammers, and electrical testing devices.

Any kind of electrical operations and maintenance job is to be carried out with the assistance of several other electrical instrument and tools such as multimeter, megger, clamp meter etc. Must know the correct operating procedures to operate all these instruments. Should also know how to interpret the readings. Starter panel routine, Insulation resistance, Earth fault finding, Bus Bar overhauling, Battery Charging onboard,

Operation and Maintenance of all Kind of electrical works. Maintenance of Heat ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Maintenance of Cooling tower's, Converters and Rectifiers. Cabling, Glanding and Termination of High tension and Low tension (HT<) Cables. Installation of Panel boards and DB'S. Installation and Maintenance of lighting control systems. Operation and Maintenance of FAHU's and FCU's. Testing with the help of Megger, Clamp meter, Multi-meter and proper tools to work perfectly.
