Job Description

Key Responsibility:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software as per schedule for both Android and iOS

  • Perform a variety of repairs, including screen and battery replacements, fixing charging ports, and sometimes more complex tasks like micro-soldering on logic boards.

  • Install software updates, perform firmware flashing, manage data backups and restoration, and resolve operating system errors (iOS, Android, etc.).

  • Provide technical support and training to customers on product operation

  • Respond promptly to customer service and ensure quick resolution
