Technician

The Factory Technician will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment used in sheet metal fabrication processes. This role requires a strong understanding of various fabrication techniques, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:

  • Operate a variety of sheet metal fabrication machinery, including but not limited to:

    • CNC Press Brakes

    • Shears/Guillotines

    • Punch Presses (CNC and manual)

    • Laser Cutting Machines

    • Plasma Cutting Machines

    • Roll Forming Machines

    • Welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Spot welding)

    • Grinding and finishing equipment

  • Set up machines according to job specifications, blueprints, and work orders.

  • Load and unload materials and finished products efficiently and safely.
