Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Maintenance Executive to support the promotion, installation, and maintenance of solar power plants across Tripura. The role combines technical fieldwork and customer engagement, making it ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in installing or operating solar power systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics or related field

• Prior hands-on experience in installing or operating solar power plants

• Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical wiring

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Tripura

Preferred Skills

• Experience in rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects

• Familiarity with government solar schemes and net-metering processes

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, operation, and maintenance of solar power plants

• Conduct site inspections, system checks, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance

• Support sales activities including client visits, technical discussions, and site assessments

• Explain solar solutions, system performance, and maintenance requirements to customers

• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and after-sales support

• Prepare basic reports on site visits, system performance, and maintenance activities

• Travel extensively across Tripura to customer sites and project locations

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
