Technician

Location: Bengaluru – Peenya Industrial Area

Responsibilities:

1. Basic knowledge about testing of construction materials like aggregate, concrete products, cement, OBM materials, etc.

2. Assist in conducting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) as per standard procedures, including:

   • Schmidt Rebound Hammer Test

   • Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) Test

   • Half-Cell Potentiometer Test

   • Carbonation Test

   • Cover Meter Survey

   • Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge Test

3. Perform NDT site activities and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of NDT equipment and the testing area.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Strong understanding of geotechnical testing standards and procedures

• Ability to work independently and supervise field crews

• Proficient in preparing field logs and test data reports
