Field Service Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of industrial cleaning machines at customer locations across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and commission industrial cleaning equipment at customer sites.

• Operate and monitor cleaning machines and equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

• Handle pumps, motors, hoses, valves, piping, and other mechanical components.

• Support industrial cleaning projects and shutdown activities.

• Assist engineers during equipment installation, testing, and customer demonstrations.

• Maintain service reports, checklists, and maintenance records.

• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and customer EHS guidelines.

• Coordinate professionally with customer maintenance and engineering teams.

• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are ready before site visits.

• Travel extensively across India for customer service and project activities.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Fitter, Machinist, or related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in maintenance, field service, installation, commissioning, or industrial machinery.

• Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered.

• Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, piping, compressors, and mechanical equipment.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel across India.

• Candidates from outside Coimbatore should be willing to relocate.
