Technician

Responsible for handling the workshop activities i.e receiving and completing service-related issues of Customers vehicles, proper handling breakdown calls from TML and note the complete details, check the history of the vehicle and complete the service based on history.

Responsible for updating the delay reasons of vehicles regularly and open status vehicles at the end of the day. Daily check the open RO status and discuss with head if any issues for closing.

Responsible to improve technicians’ skills and manpower retention.

Responsible to maintain required spare parts and verify the daily spare parts consumption and stock reports and find any difference in  stock, inform immediately to superiors.

Responsible for maintaining the tools and infrastructure in properly and inform any workshop requirements to the head and inform to head if any abnormalities are found in the workshop.

Responsible for all labour service charges to be entered as per the approved labour service chart &ensure all spare parts issue slips were entered against the job card while preparing the Invoice without errors. Responsible for opening and closing the job card without errors.

Responsible for follow-up with the Customer for advance payments for all major repairs like Engine O/h, clutch, gearbox ,  differential and prolife engine replacements etc., before advising the concerned to start the work.

Responsible for checking the outside jobs are noted down in job card and entering into the Invoice.
