Position: CCTV Engineer (Installation & Support)

Role Overview

Sonic Distributor is looking for a dedicated CCTV Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance of surveillance systems across Pune. You will be the face of our technical service, ensuring high-quality setups and reliable support for our Narayan Peth office and surrounding client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Installation: Expertly install IP and Analog cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and related security peripherals.

• Cabling & Routing: Efficiently lay out Cat6 and Coaxial cabling, including conduit piping and trunking.

• Technical Setup: Configure remote viewing on mobile/desktop and manage basic network settings (IP addressing and routing).

• Maintenance: Visit client sites in Pune for periodic servicing and troubleshooting of existing systems.

• Client Training: Demonstrate system features to customers and provide basic technical guidance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum [Insert Years] years in CCTV installation and networking.

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Pune / Narayan Peth area is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Hikvision, Dahua, or similar security brands.

• Tools: Must be comfortable using drills, termination tools, and testing equipment.
