Job Description

Perform eye testing and assist customers in selecting suitable lenses and frames.
Prepare, fit, and adjust spectacles according to customer requirements.
Take measurements such as PD and frame fitting measurements.
Handle lens cutting, fitting, polishing, and basic optical equipment.
Repair and adjust spectacles when required.
Explain lens types, coatings, and frame options to customers.
Maintain proper records of orders and customer details.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of optical equipment.
Provide good customer service and coordinate with the optometrist/store team.

Required Skills: Optical product knowledge, lens fitting, frame adjustment, customer handling, basic computer knowledge, and good communication skills.
