Job Summary:

The role involves performing end-to-end diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty premium buses to ensure zero downtime and maximum passenger safety.

Key Responsibilities:

●       Fleet Maintenance: Carry out preventive, corrective, and emergency breakdown maintenance specifically for Volvo, Scania, and BharatBenz buses.

●       Use OEM-approved diagnostic tools (like Scania VCI or Volvo Tech Tool) to conduct ECU diagnostics and troubleshoot electronic or mechanical faults.

●       System Repairs apart from this maintain and repair critical systems, including Engine & Transmission, Overhauling and tuning.

●       Air brake systems and air suspension calibration.

●       HVAC: Ensuring the bus air conditioning systems are optimal for long-distance travel.

Candidate Skills

●      ITI or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

●      Typically, 2–7 years of hands-on experience with heavy diesel vehicles (experience with premium bus brands like Volvo, Scania, Ashok Layland)

●      Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

●      Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts for overnight fleet maintenance).

●      Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy components and working in cramped spaces (engine bays).
