Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our field service team. This role involves installing, servicing, repairing, and replacing pest control systems and home appliances. The candidate must be able to troubleshoot issues, follow safety regulations, and deliver excellent customer service.

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹45,000 (in-hand) with performance-based growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect sites for signs of pest activity and apply appropriate treatment methods

- Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble system components

- Install and service pest control systems and selected home appliances

- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues

- Read service/repair guides and coordinate with technical teams

- Maintain service records and write reports as needed

- Follow safety protocols and create maintenance plans

- Source replacement parts and coordinate with suppliers- Stay updated with industry trends and attend skill development workshops

- Ensure timely task completion with quality outcomes

Job Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

- Experience: 0–2 years (training provided for freshers)

- Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and work independently

- Knowledge of safety protocols and field service operations

- Basic MS Office knowledge is a plus

- Physically fit and willing to travel for on-site tasks
