Technician

ResponsibilitiesInstall new air conditioning systems, including split, cassette, window, and central units as per manufacturer standards. Diagnose and repair faults in AC systems, including electrical and mechanical issues. Handle routine maintenance and servicing, such as cleaning filters, checking coolant levels, and calibrating thermostats. Replace damaged or faulty equipment and parts. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and HVAC codes during work. Communicate with customers regarding issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations. Maintain accurate job and service records using mobile app or company systems. Assist senior technicians and work collaboratively on larger projects. RequirementsITI/Diploma/Certification in AC or Refrigeration from a recognized institute. At least 1 year of experience with AC installation, servicing, and repairs (HVAC experience preferred). Familiarity with handling blowers, coils, and electronic controls. Willingness to travel locally for site work and work in varied conditions (confined spaces, rooftops, adverse weather). Basic communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to manage customer queries. Professional attitude, punctual, and flexible with work hours.
