AIRTEL ENGINEER -JOB DESCRIPTION

Network Installation & Maintenance Airtel नेटवर्क, फाइबर केबल, ब्रॉडबैंड और संबंधित उपकरणों की डंस्टॉलेशन एवं मेंटेनेंस करना।

Airtel Broadband एवं Fiber नेटवर्क की डंस्टॉलेशन और मेंटेंस करना। ' नेटवर्क एवं इंटरनेट से संबंधित समस्याओं का समाधान (Troubleshooting) करना। ग्राहकों को तकनीकी सहायता प्रदान करना। . Router, Modem एवं अन्य नेटवर्क उपकरणों की Configuration एवं Testing करना। " साइट विजिट कर नेटवर्क की गुणवत्ता एवं कार्यक्षमत सुनिश्चित करना। दैनिक कायों की रिपोर्टिंग एवं रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना। " कंपनी के सुरक्षा मानकों एवं प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना।

Fault Troubleshooting नेटवर्क, इंटरनेट या कनेक्टिविटी से जुड़ी समस्याओं को पहचान कर उनका समाधान करना।

Customer Support ग्राहकों की तकनीकी समस्याओं का समाधान करना और बेहतर सेवा सनिश्ित करना।

Site Inspection साइट विजिट कर नेटवर्क उपकरणों. केबलिंग और सिस्टम की जांच करना।

Equipment Configuration राउटर, स्विच, मॉडेम एवं अन्य नेटवर्क डिवाइस को कों्फिगर एवं अपडेट करना।

न योग्यता (Qualification)

I / Diploma / B.Tech / BE (Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, Computer Science)

Preventive Maintenance

फ्रेशर एवं अनभवी उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

नेटवर्क डाउनटाइम कम करने के लिए नियमित जांच और रखरखाव करना।

" बेसिक कंप्यूटर एवं नेटवकिंग ज्ञान आवश्यक। . Field Work के लिए तैयार होना।

Documentation & Reporting कार्य रिपोर्ट, इंस्टॉलेशन रिकॉर्ड और मेंटेंस लॉग तैयार करना।

आवश्यक Skills
