Job Title: Technician and Assistant Technician – Site Installation

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Assistant Technician to support the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic and security systems. The ideal candidate should be willing to work at project sites and assist senior technicians in the timely execution of installation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and wiring of systems including:
CCTV Surveillance Systems
Video Door Phones (VDP)
Fire Alarm Systems
Professional Audio Systems
Support with equipment mounting, cable laying, and terminations.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.
Coordinate with the site engineer or supervisor for daily work allocation.
Handle basic tools and equipment necessary for installation and troubleshooting.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite during and after tasks.
Perform basic testing of installed systems under supervision.
Travel to different sites as per project requirements.
Key Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in electrical/electronic installation work (Freshers can also apply).
Basic understanding of wiring, tools, and low-voltage electronic systems.
Willingness to work at various client sites and in outdoor/indoor environments.
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
Physically fit and capable of handling tools and light equipment.
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
Additional Skills (Good to Have):
Basic troubleshooting knowledge
Familiarity with cable types and connectors
Awareness of fire safety and emergency protocols
